My-Tyme Effective Personal Management & My Tyme Success Planner + Full Leadership Program

The Change Agency Initiative (CAI) with Success Motivation Institute (SMI) introduces the My-Tyme Effective Personal Management and My Tyme Success Planner, together with other Mindset, Management and Leadership programs. We take pleasure in inviting you and your Team to be part of creating individual change and be part of the new change we are all expecting in our Country. As an introduction, we start by managing our own time with My-Tyme Effective Personal Management and My Tyme Success Planner - simply said, back to basics:
Why we want you involved: From 2009 when the Change Agency Initiative was established, CAI have followed and responded to the issues that have affected the development of the country over the past years. Top on the list is work culture and negative mindset. Many people have echoed the need to change our work culture if we are to keep improving the nation. But we may also have forgotten that changing a negative mindset starts with the individual, you and me.
After engagement with Dr Nigel Chanakira Executive Chairman of SMI Africa, CAI is more than confident that the SMI/LMI Program is what African countries and Zambia in particular need to change mindset so that we can benefit and do the things we ought to be doing to achieve SUCCESS. Simply put, we need to start with the basics ‘My Time Effective Personal Management’, whose objectives include:
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
The Programme is implemented in 3 phases over a 4-12 weeks period depending on the program invested in as follows:
PHASE 1:
A half day Workshop (four hours) covering: Self-awareness evaluations, identification of High Payoff Activities (based on the Pareto Principles) from daily lives, transitioning from crisis to proactive self-management, introduction to goal setting (for each area of life). These are undertaken using the Workbook provided by the Programme (generating a Master list of Goals, planning for 2 goals for each area of life including benefits, obstacles, solutions, AND HOME WORK GIVEN (must do homework so the system starts to work as it works on spaced repetition) for next session review. Then Action Planning for each goal with target dates and resource requirements including tracking methods and affirmations and developing an interruption log. Review of High Pay-off Activities (HPA’s) with self or superiors, and agreeing on issues to be followed up. This process is simply replacing the old negative habits with the new positive habits as in this figure.

PHASE 2:
A two-hours Workshop in week 2 to complete the presentations, review all homework, and prepare for the final evaluation linked to key objectives and business Mission. Part of the Communication Plan, Meeting Planner, Delegation Plan, and any matters and questions as may arise from the homework. In the review a bit of time will be spent on the Interruption Log to identify the way time is being wasted and how the same can be utilized better. It is in this Phase that the My Tyme Success Planner is assembled and supplied for immediate implementation.
PHASE 3:
Monitoring and Evaluation of the My-Tyme Effective Personal Management conducted over two hours two weeks after Phase 2 to inculcate the new attitudes/behaviours and monitor utilisation of the tools provided under the programme.
This translates into about one full day’s contact between the consultant and the participants. The concept is spaced reputation and has proven to work in the 80 countries it has been implemented.
After the successful completion of the introduction, now the individual is ready to take on the next step. The SMI program is designed as a Full program where the ‘My-Tyme Effective Personal Management’ is the foundation as shown below. The Road to Personal Mastery:
